What is Accurx?

Accurx enables NHS based GP practices to offer online consultations to their patients. This allows patients to submit their symptoms or requests to their own GP electronically, and offers around the clock NHS self-help information, signposting to services, and a symptom checker.

Use Accurx

Patient Guide:

If you have a non-urgent admin or medical query, you can now contact the practice online in five simple steps using Accurx.

1. Click on the link on our practice website to submit a new request (there’s no need to download an app or create an account)!
2. Select either admin or medical request and confirm that your request is not urgent.
3. Write your request to the practice, giving as much information as possible.
4. Let us know how you would like to be contacted about your request.
5. Enter your details and submit the request.
